How long does it take to receive my order

We offer Standard and Priority Shipping. Priority Shipping allows faster processing and shipping, potentially saving 2-5 days in overall delivery time.
Total delivery time includes processing time (2-5 business days) and shipping time (3-15 business days), depending on your location. Some regions, such as islands, remote, or special areas, may experience longer shipping times due to global restrictions.

How to check your order status

Once your order is placed and payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number (please ensure your email address is correct). You can click the link in the email to view order details or navigate to the "Order Tracking" / "Track Your Order" page in the top menu or footer of our website (or simply click here) and enter your email and order number.
If you don’t receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, check your junk/spam or promotions folders, or contact us.

How to track your order

After your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. If you don’t receive this email within 5 business days, please check your junk/spam or promotions folders, or contact us.
You can track your order through the link or button provided in the email, or by navigating to the "Order Tracking" / "Track Your Order" option in the top menu or footer of our website (or by simply clicking here). In the order details, you will see the tracking number and link provided by the carrier.

Will multiple items be delivered together

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped together in one package or separately in multiple shipments. If you receive only part of your order, rest assured that the remaining items are on their way.

What happens if my package gets stuck in transit

If your package shows no movement for 14 business days after shipment, please contact us, and we will offer you a replacement or refund.
