Refund Policy

 

At linkkoo.com, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you receive a faulty or broken item, we offer a straightforward refund process to ensure your satisfaction.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly. Without proof that the item is defective or damaged, we cannot process a refund. Please submit clear photos or videos to support your claim.

Refund eligibility

  • Items must be identified as faulty or broken upon receipt.
  • Claims for refunds must be made within 14 days of delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation) is required for all refund requests.
  • The item must be in the same condition as received, including all original packaging and accessories.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, cancellations must be made within 12 hours of purchase, before the order is processed and shipped.

If an item is returned that does not meet the eligibility requirements, it will be sent back to you at your cost, and no refund will be issued.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse, unauthorized repair, or alterations
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please note that we can't accept ineligible items, which will be returned to you (if they are allowed to be shipped) at your cost.

How to request a refund

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via our contact form in the link at the top of our website (or by email at service@linkkoo.com) with your order number and issue description.
  2. Provide Evidence: Submit clear photos or videos showing the fault or damage to the item.
  3. Return Authorization: Upon verification of the issue, our team will provide authorization for the return.
  4. Refund Approval: If the item is confirmed to be faulty or broken, we will process your refund. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

We kindly ask that all requests be submitted in English to ensure proper processing. Please translate your request into English before sending the email so that it can be processed correctly.

Return address

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please don't return items to the address on the package, it is not our return address and we can't receive it. Please contact us via email service@linkkoo.com for the correct return address, and we will refund you after we receive it. Otherwise, we cannot proceed with the refund process.

Exclusions

  • Claims made after the 14-day period will not be accepted.
  • No refunds for cancellations after order is processed and shipped.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, and delays in refund processing may be due to your bank or credit card company.
