We offer Standard Shipping and Priority Shipping. Orders with Priority Shipping receive expedited processing and shipping services, which may save you 2-5 days in the overall delivery time.

Processing and Shipping Time:

The total time for an order to reach you consists of two parts: processing time and shipping time.

  • Processing Time: Includes order verification, product customization, quality checks, and packaging. Due to high order volumes, our processing time is 2-5 business days.

  • Shipping Time: Refers to the time from when your package is shipped out to when it arrives at your doorstep. This typically takes 3-15 business days, depending on your location. However, Some regions (such as islands, remote, or special areas) may experience longer shipping times due to global shipping restrictions.

Shipping Notification and Tracking:

We ship on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you don’t receive this email within 5 business days, please check your junk / spam or promotions folders. If you still cannot find it, contact us at service@linkkoo.com.

You can track your order through the link (or button) provided in the email, or by navigating to the "Order Tracking" or "Track Your Order" option in the top menu or footer of our website (or by simply clicking here).

Delays During Special Periods:

In certain holiday seasons or special periods, processing and shipping times may be delayed. We will post any such delays on our website through official announcements.

Multiple Item Orders:

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped together in one package or separately in multiple shipments. If you receive only part of your order, rest assured that the remaining items are on their way.

Are Estimated Shipping Times Guaranteed:

Please note that all shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. We cannot guarantee specific shipping times, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

Stalled Shipments (If Package Gets Stuck in Transit) :

Once the item is shipped, if your package has no movement for 14 business days, please contact us, and we will offer you a replacement or refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

If your package arrives with defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to resolve the issue.

International Shipping and Customs:

While most prices include duties and taxes, some countries may charge additional fees upon the package's arrival. linkkoo.com is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or extra charges once the item has been shipped. By purchasing from us, you agree to cover any such fees. Failure to pay these charges may result in your package being seized, and we will not provide refunds in such cases.
