Once your order is placed and payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number (please ensure your email address is correct). You can click the link in the email to view order details or navigate to the "Order Tracking" / "Track Your Order" page in the top menu or footer of our website (or simply click here) and enter your email and order number.
If you don’t receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, check your junk/spam or promotions folders, or contact us.

After your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. If you don’t receive this email within 5 business days, please check your junk/spam or promotions folders, or contact us.
You can track your order through the link or button provided in the email, or by navigating to the "Order Tracking" / "Track Your Order" option in the top menu or footer of our website (or by simply clicking here). In the order details, you will see the tracking number and link provided by the carrier.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped together in one package or separately in multiple shipments. If you receive only part of your order, rest assured that the remaining items are on their way.

If your package shows no movement for 14 business days after shipment, please contact us, and we will offer you a replacement or refund.

Please inspect your package upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. When you contact us, please include proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation), your order number, and clear photos or videos of the item.

If you are lucky to have a coupon code, you can enter it in the shopping cart or checkout page and click "Apply". In some promotions, the coupon code may be automatically applied, so you don’t need to enter it again.
